豚骨スープと鶏ガラ清湯ブレンドのラーメン店(横浜系？) |
多弍家ラーメン醤油が人気ナンバーワンと券売機にポップが貼ってあった。小雨が降る中だったので、お店もジャンルも何でもよかったので、これを注文。と言うか券売機が苦手なので手っ取り早く選択しちゃいました。
それほど広くない店内でしたが、次から次と客が入ってきて人気店なのかも、座れて良かったです。
さて麺は細麺もあるようですが、どちらに？聞かれたので太麺でお願いしました。
店が満席になるかなと気にかけてるうちにラーメンが運ばれてかかました。
おや？白い！どうやら豚骨のような醤油ラーメンのようでした。麺は太麺というほど太くなく何も聞かれなければ普通の太さでした。
まずスープから。豚骨？タイタン？でもサラッとして醤油味！どんどん食が進みます。で、目の前に色々瓶があり、味変を楽しめるポップも。さっそくおろし生姜を少々投入、これが中々美味しく、残ったスープにはご飯入れたくなるくらいでした。
生姜でポカポカ、細麺で塩も美味しそうですね
わかりやすい場所なので記憶にキープです。
