せっかく福井市に来たので、福井県民のソウルフードの一つと言われている焼き鳥を食したくなり、人気の焼き鳥チェーン店を訪問しました。
平日だと思って席は空いているだろうと18時ごろに家族で訪問しましたが、既に待ち状態。
45分ぐらい待ってから入店。
「純けい」、「しろ」、「若どり」、「はらみ」、「ピーマン」、「だし巻き玉子」、「うずら玉子揚げ」、「ごはん」、瓶ビール(大)を注文。
焼き鳥のほとんどは、5本単位で、1串は少なめ。
串が長く食べやすいですね。
焼き鳥用に2種類のタレ(肉たれとからし)が提供され、焼き鳥にちょこっと付けて食べると美味しい。
こちらのお店は、常に待ち客がいる状態ですが、焼き鳥の提供が早いためか、回転率が高そうに見えました。
リーズナブルな価格で、手軽に美味しくいただける感じで、人気があるのも頷けますね。
