福井の名物と言えばソースカツ丼と秋吉の焼き鳥。まさに福井のソウルフードです。
子供も大好きなので、最近はほとんどテイクアウトばかり。
お店で食べるのも良いですが、家で食べるのも気楽で良いですよ〜♪♪
週末はいつも混んでるので、今日も16時頃予約したけど出来上がるのは19時と言われました。
19時少し前に行くとお店は満席、立って待っている人もいます^_^;
注文は、串カツ、玉ねぎフライ、純けい、ロース、タン、若どり、ねぎまです。
今日は息子と２人なので、40本ほど。
３０００円かかりませんよ(^.^)
大好きな串カツはいつも多め♡♡
もう少し一本ずつが大きかったら良いのに〜！
でも小さいから色々な種類が食べられるんですよね。それが秋吉のウリだと思います(*^^*)
玉ねぎフライもめちゃおいしいんです♪( ´▽｀)
サックサクで玉ねぎの甘みを引き立てる専用のタレが付いてます。
若どりやねぎまみたいに柔らかいお肉もおいしいけど、純けいは固くて噛んでも噛んでも…これが病みつきになります(*^^*)
串によって付けるタレも違い、テイクアウトだと多めにタレを付けてくれます。
肉タレは特に味が良いので、残ると野菜炒めやヤキメシに利用します。
