胡桃羽二重 |
福井のお土産といったらこれだと間違いないです。
場所は、福井駅直結のプリズム福井の中にあります。
本店は勝山市です。
(新幹線開通と共に新しい商業施設ができるため、プリズム福井は23/5/28で閉館するようです)
羽二重くるみは賞味期限が5日。
羽二重餅に和ぐるみが練り込んであってシュー生地が挟まってます。
ちょっとだけ甘さ強めですが、シュー生地のバターの香りもよく、くせになる味です。
賞味期限が短いのが難点ですが、これは誰にあげても喜ばれるお土産です。
