地元にいらっしゃるお取引先の方にご招待頂きました。駅から距離のある住宅街、街道からも一本入った場所で地元の方、知る人ぞ知るお店なんでしょうね。
セイコガニからスタートでした。まずは蟹酢無しで足の身をパクリ！柔らかな繊維質の身、軽い塩味に蟹の風味～旨いですね。ねっとりした味噌…堪らなく美味しい！やはり日本酒が…ビールからチェンジ～いやぁ美味しいです。
名古屋コーチンのモモ肉を豪快にぶつ切りで焼いたものをご注文頂きました。たっぷり添えられた柚子胡椒を加えて…歯応えと肉の滋味深さ…良いです！ またまた日本酒と合います。
続いてお刺身盛り合わせと、ホスト役の方かお勧めと言う親鳥モモ肉焼き…コーチンよりさらに歯応えがあり、上質鶏の脂と力強いジューシーさ…最近食べた焼鳥類で一番個性的かつ美味しい！
料理よし、お酒よし、話しも大変弾み、良い夜になりました。ありがとうございます。ご馳走様でした。
