結論からいくとgoodでしたよ。
今、流行のタッチパネルで注文します。
まずは、大好きな つぶ貝から始まり 生ハムアボガド・えんがわ・カリフォルニアロール・サーモンカルパッチョ・
生しらす・厚焼き玉子・あおさ味噌汁を注文しました。
これらは、全部１００円です。
食べ終わったお皿は、皿投入口へ入れていきます。（だから、テーブルがいつも広々きれい）
しゃりが、ほんわか温かくて ふんわりして美味しいです。（北海道産昆布と炊いているんだって）
ねたも、新鮮です。（魚をお店でさばいて、鮮度に自信ありと書かれてた）
厚焼き玉子も、甘めだけど ふんわりとして美味しい。
種類も多い。（にぎり３９種類・軍艦１８・細巻き４・創作寿司２・いなり・サイドメニュー４・汁物３・そばうどん５・デザート１４）
ガリは、新生姜を使っています。
値段が安い。（平日は１０％引きです。１００円の物なら、９０円ですよ。＊注、全部が１００円ではありません）
回転が速い。（レーンの回るのが速いわけじゃないですよ。笑。）
タッチパネルに食べた枚数が出るので、店員さんがいちいち数を数えなくていいし
お醤油を付ける皿もないので（お醤油は、上からかける容器になっている）お客さんの回転が速いのだと思います。
また、お皿にはＩＤチップが付いていて 一定時間を過ぎると自動的に レーンから外れるらしいです。
オープンしたばかりなのに、接客もよかったです。
他県の方からは あまりいい事は聞かなかったのですが、自分で確かめたい方なので 来てみました。
印象よかったです。この状態をキープしていってほしいなと思いました。
ドライブスルーもありますよ。
