出張で初訪です。福井といえば海鮮ですが何度か出張できているのであえて焼肉を食べようと食べログで探し当てました。
オープンは18時からでした。
おすすめのネギた塩んは薄切りにしたタンでネギタレを巻いており、サッと炙るだけで十分です。刺しの入ったタンは薄切りということもあってあっというまに口の中で消えていきます。
ホルモンはカットが大きくプリプリ。皮面から焼いて7分くらい火が通ったら裏返し数秒待てば絶品。
お肉も美味しいのですがあつあつもやしを注文して驚きました。もやし一袋分をふんだんに使用した逸品で塩コショウごま油が効いてて、これだけでご飯もいけるし、アテにもいけます。
福井の夜の肉三昧。
美味しかったです。
