久しぶりに一人でのランチ！
お伺いしたのはハローワーク近くのラーメン屋さん。
食べログの評価もまずまずです。
注文したのは、お店オススメの
塩梅旨味ラーメン(税込820円)に
お昼のサービス定食(税込210円)も併せて注文します！
サービス定食はからあげ定食にしました。
素材にこだわりが見られます！
塩は越前塩。
梅干しは福井県産紅映梅。粒が小さくて果肉が厚いのが特徴です♪
ご飯は、福井県産コシヒカリ！
素材にこだわるラーメンがまずい訳がなく美味しかったです。
後で見るとこのラーメンの美味しい食べ方がありました。
食べた後だったので、少し後悔。
自身も味変を楽しんだのですが、ご飯を残したスープに入れてお茶漬け風に食べるのが正解のようです。
ごはんおかわりできたのですが、おなかいっぱいの為断念しました。
