福井のソウルフードです。
場所は、福井鉄道の商工会議所前駅から徒歩4分くらいのところにあります。
駐車場も完備。
店内は、カウンターとお座敷があります。
メニューは、焼鳥、野菜串、1品料理がいろいろあり、基本的焼鳥は5本から(ものによっては2本、3本からなどあります)です。
炭焼きですがそこまでモクモクしてません。
注文はこんな感じ。

★フリージングハイボール
最初に焼鳥用のからしとタレが出てきます。
また、ニンニクなんばというにんにく味噌的なものもあり、これがおいしいです！
純けいは1人前5本。
こりこり食感がおいしい。
ヒザナンコツほどのコリコリさではないですが、ジューシーでいい感じ。
若どりも1人前5本。
食べやすいThe焼鳥って感じです。
無難においしいです。
とりカルビ1人前2本。
やわらかくほどよい脂で普通においしい。
豚バラは1人前2本。
ややカリカリに焼かれていて脂も甘くジューシーでおいしいです。
個人的には純けいが1番好きです。
さくっと焼鳥食べたい時にはいいですね。
