秋吉の中で一番おいしい店舗と思っています☆
すべての店舗に行った訳ではありませんので、ご参考程度に(^◇^;)
福井のソウルフードである焼き鳥でお馴染みの秋吉さん。その橋南店さんは福井の家から一番近い店舗ということ、そして店長はもともとご近所さんということもあり、2016年頃から引っ越す直前の2023年頃までよく通いました。
その間、他の店舗でも食べる機会が多くありましたが、ダントツでここがおいしいと思います。
食材はセンター一括で準備しているはずですので、焼きが違うのだろうと。
この日も王道の純けい、若皮から始まり、ピートロ、みの、しんぞうなどなど、最後は焼おにだし茶漬けで締める、定番の流れで楽しませて頂きました。
秋吉ファンの皆さん、ぜひ橋南店で確かめてみてください(^ ^)b

2023年3月に福井のアパートを引き払いましたので、これが福井生活最後の秋吉橋南店さんでの食事です。
最後まで、いつもと変わらないお店の雰囲気、お店の匂い、そして焼き鳥の味でした。
長い間、本当にありがとうございました。また福井に立ち寄る際にはお邪魔させて頂きますね。
