大きい道からちょっと中に入って、
白いオシャレな建物が見えたらこのお店です。
入口が開いていて、「OPEN」と書かれていたら開店しているようです。
店内や厨房は広い空間だなーと感じました。
清潔感があって明るい店内で、雰囲気は好きです。
ケーキや焼き菓子を売っていました。
ケーキの並んだショーケースを見て一言、「・・・ちっさい」と思いました。
オシャレに着飾った小さなケーキたちが並んでいました。
ベイクドチーズケーキ(350円)を購入しました。
半径6cmくらいの大きさでしょうか。
「小さい理由が分かるかも」と食べましたが、
私の味覚センサーは特に反応がありませんでした。
チーズケーキの下部には薄いスポンジが引かれており、
その上にチーズ風味がする生地、
最上部には柑橘系のジャムの様なものが塗られていました。
どっしりぺっとりしっとりとしたベイクドチーズケーキというよりは、
しっとりとしていて、ほろほろ崩れていく感じだった様な気がします。
質も量もほしい！というわがまま極まりない私には、
着飾ったケーキ達がちょっと滑稽に見えました。
