I saw the anime, Mashle, and I wanted to eat Cream Puffs (lol). Have you ever made Cream Puffs? Even if you try to make them rise nicely, it's quite difficult for an amateur to make choux pastry. It's also difficult to cut it in half because the cuts get messy. So, Rutani makes cute, round Cream Puffs the size of your palm. The choux pastry isn't so crunchy that it hurts your gums, but it's just the right amount of dough that fills your mouth with the aroma of butter, the cream is somewhere between white and yellow, the custard cream has a strong egg presence, and vanilla beans make a gentle Cream Puffs.
