隣の喜多◯さんで海鮮丼やまかない丼もいいが、
あらや食堂さんの牛すじ丼もおすすめしたい。
ご飯の上に牛すじたっぷり。その上に青ねぎが
たっぷり。別添えで供される卵黄を自分で乗せ、
さぁいただきます。
とろりと牛すじ。控えめながらご飯を進ませる
甘辛さ。シャキッとした青ねぎがアクセントで
とろりと甘い卵黄に包まれるのもまた心地よい。
コラーゲンたっぷり補給しておじさんのお肌も
ぷるぷるになるのかしら。
牛すじ丼がこれほど美味しいとは思わなかった。
かなり驚いた。市場の食堂に来ると、ついつい
海鮮系に走りがちだが、海鮮以外にも美味しい
ものがあるんだよなぁ。気を付けねばならんね。
ごちそうさまでした。
お世辞にもきれいなお店ではないが、市場には
溶け込み、働くみなさんが集まってくるような
感じのお店だが、牛すじ丼の前にそんなことは
どうでも良くなると思う...かな。
