初訪
「ふくい鮮いちば」の一画に在る同店。
興味があり連休谷間の平日0900頃に訪問してみましたが、客無し。
初老の女将のワンオペ（御主人が最近亡くなったとボヤいてました...）で、ランチ用の揚げモノを調理しており、店内は油の香りで充満。
綺麗とは云えない店内は詰めて座れば、テーブル：4席x4 の設定。
込750円：牛スジ丼（味噌汁、玉子、お新香付き）
を頂きます。
5-6分で着膳。以下、食した所感。
・全てが大盛りなので、朝からヘビーです...
・味付けについては特筆するポイントは無し。
・牛丼御三家の大盛りと比較しても以下の点で勝ってます。
肉量：2倍以上、味噌汁+お新香：大盛
因みに価格比較に於いても御三家も真っ青な内容です...
【吉野家】
葱ダク牛丼（大盛）：775円 + 味噌汁とお新香：184円 + 玉子：96円 = 1055円
【すき家】
ねぎ玉牛丼（大盛）：760円 + 味噌汁：80円 + お新香：90円 = 930円
【松屋】
ネギねぎ牛めし（大盛）：710円 + お新香と玉子Set：150円 = 860円
店内の雰囲気が気にならないようでしたら、ガッツリ系の福井の朝食にオススメと云えるでしょう。
