とても良くしてくれている客先の方と初めて来ました。
福井では何件か居酒屋や焼き鳥屋さんに来てますけど、ここのお店は初めて。
一言で言うと、全ての料理が、ものすごく美味しかった。 家族と来たい、お店の一つになりました。
その中で、ピカイチだったのが水がに
福井は越前蟹が有名ですけど、お高くて、なかなか食べられません。
その代わり、脱皮したばかりの蟹 甲羅が柔らかくてリーズナブルなんです。 地元の人もよく食べているそうです。
店主が、美味しく調理してくれていただきましたが味が濃厚で、とにかく美味しかったです。
その他にもヘシコも初めて食べました。これは酒のつまみに あとはお茶漬けにも良いですね。福井の海鮮を 久々に堪能出来ました。
エビやイカ ヘシコなどなど 美味しい料理を提供してくれる、お店は色々ありますが、ここは本当に好きなお店ですね。 店主さんや店員さんが良かった。
