To coincide with the opening of the Shinkansen in Fukui, I went to Suisho-san by climbing in front of the station in the evening after climbing Mt. Monju. I ate the famous SUISHO hotpot for the first time in a while, and it was very delicious. Ramen and zosui to finish off the meal are flavored with chicken stock and are very delicious and filling.
