福井市順化、通称片町にある
「酒肴 コブ」
本来は、夜営業のお店ですが、
コロナ禍で、ランチ営業されていて、訪れました。
人気店らしく、オープン時間に、次々と訪れられて、
予約のお客様も、多く訪れていました。
お昼の献立メニューから、本日の焼き魚定食をオーダーしました。
その日は、さんま、さわら、鰆の西京焼から選べて、
サンマにしました。
サンマは、お皿に、笹の葉が敷かれ、レモン、大根おろしが付き、
ねぎ入り出汁巻玉子ものっていました。
旬のサンマは、ワタの苦みがよく、美味しい。
小鉢二品、酢の物、佃煮、ちりめん山椒、ご飯、みそ汁、香の物といった内容。
小鉢は、ごま豆腐、なすびとエリンギの胡麻炒め煮。
酢の物は、モズク酢。
佃煮は、貝でした。
みそ汁は、湯葉、アオサ、三つ葉でした。
美味しさ、品数、見た目の美しさで、素敵な昼食となりました。
今後、ランチ営業の期間は、現在の所、まだ未定になっているとのことで、
寂しい限りですね。
