ハピリンには2店あり。両方ともいちろく。1Fはつけ麺も。2Fのお店を訪問。ちっちゃいラーメンあり 720yen。普通は870yen。
実はお昼は済ませていたのでちっちゃいはありがたい。これにした。
トッピングに青唐辛子あり。珍しいので追加。150yen
醤油か塩選択。醤油に。あっさり、まごころ、こってりも選択可。好みのこってりに。さらに細麺、太麺も。太麺にした。
★着丼
丸大のチャーシュー、ねぎ、しな竹、のり。
麺は太く、平たい。
スープは背脂たくさん。こってり(自分で選択したのだが・)
青唐は味変で使用。少しずつ入れ確かめながら。辛さと青唐ならではの味を満喫。青唐はすこしくせがある。
新鮮味のある味を楽しみました。
