I came to Fukui on a business trip and had a sudden craving for meat, so I went to Gyukaku for the first time! I tried their all-you-can-eat lunch! I was served two slices of pork tongue and cabbage with dressing as an appetizer, and while eating the cabbage, I chose my menu by hand. First, I ordered a large bowl of rice and Calbee! The large bowl of rice was about 3 gou (about 3 cups), and I regretted my mistake... The Calbee was 30% lean and 70% fatty... I regretted not ordering it as a single item.
