若狭からの帰り道、時短営業で金沢まで戻るとお店が閉まってしまうので福井で寄り道(^^)
何となく美味しい味噌ラーメンが食べたくなっ『RAMEN W ～庄の×ど・みそ～』さん…何だか不思議なネーミングのお店を訪問(￣□￣;)!!
券売機方式のお店です・・・券売機方式は、何を頼んで良いのか・・・いつも困る(^_^;)))
とりあえず、「濃厚みそらーめん(全部のせ)」をポチっと・・・「全部のせ」とは、何がのっているのかわかりませぬ(・・;)
カウンターに座り、早々に着丼＼(^^)／
中太のゴツゴツに固い縮れ麺…ワイルドに旨し！
軽めに湯通ししている「もやし」も「チャーシュー」も「半熟玉子」もそれなりに美味しい♪
けど・・・スープがぬるい(×_×)
ラーメンは熱々のスープであって欲しい。。。
それと、何となくしょっぱさ勝って、もう少し味噌仕立てのコクというか旨みが、もっと欲しい感じですf(^_^)
