本日のランチは、福井県開発にある｢RAMEN W 〜庄の×ど・みそ〜｣さんへ。東京にある2店舗がコラボした店舗とのこと。鯖江にもあるようですが、こちらが本店だそうです。開店一番目で入店です。

〇豚骨魚介らーめん(全部のせ)
今日は豚骨魚介の気分だったので、こちらを注文。トッピングにはチャーシュー2種、穂先メンマ、ねぎ、海苔、福地鶏の味玉子、刻み玉ねぎ、フライドガーリックになります。穂先メンマが大きい上に柔らかく、個人的にプラスポイント。
麺は中細ストレートで、硬さがしっかりとした歯ごたえのある麺となっています。
スープは豚骨の旨みと魚介の香りが際立っており、濃厚かつ滑らかな舌触りが特徴。また、魚粉ならではのざらっとした舌触りもあります。このスープは確かに美味しく、一滴も残らずいただきました。
〇チャーシューめし
甘辛く味付けられたチャーシューをカットし、ご飯の上にねぎや海苔とともに乗せた一品。チャーシューがとても柔らかく、口の中でほどけるような食感が良いです。卓上の一味をかけるのも良い味変かと思います。ややご飯がやわめなので、好みは分かれるかもしれません。
替玉が1玉だと結構な量なので、余裕をもって食べるといいですが、ラーメンタレなどかかっていない状態なので、スープに入れると薄く感じるかもしれません。もしかすると和え玉の方が良いのかも？
しかし、ラーメン自体は美味しかったので、次はど・みその方もいただいてみたいですね。
