「旬香逎燈 煙や」さん、しゅんかしゅうとう けむりや とお読みします。
高級な居酒屋と呼ぶのが憚られる、モダンで上質な創作和食が楽しめるお店です。
お店のたたずまいがいいですね。
お酒の品ぞろえも素晴らしく、福井の銘酒はほぼ完ぺきにラインナップ、黒龍が特に充実です。
タブレットで超高額な銘柄も注文できてしまうので、ちょっと要注意!!
今回いただいたのは…
「プレミアムビール INEDIT」 ￥1,595 スペインの人気の銘柄。
「ラトュール・シャブリ・シャンフルール ハーフ」 ￥4,950 フランス、ブルゴーニュ。
「黒龍 しずく」 ￥3,300 ご存じ、地元、福井県松岡の銘酒蔵です。
お料理は「煙や8800円コース」 ￥9,680（税込）です。
基本は12品とのことですが、要望により多少アレンジ加わっているかもしれません。
先付
椀物 熊肉の煮込みにセリ ツキノワグマ。月鍋というのかな？
お凌ぎ ホタルイカの稲庭うどん
向付、変付 クエ、馬刺し、本鮪 お造りアレンジです。
焼物 稚鮎塩焼き
調理前、鮎が水盆で泳ぐ姿を見せてくれます。演出が効いてますね。
揚物 甘鯛若狭ぐじの松笠焼き いわゆるウロコ焼き、サクサクです。
強肴 牛ヒレとフォアグラのロッシーニ風
食事 桜エビと筍の炊き込み "おくどさん" で炊き上げる土鍋飯です。茶漬けだし付き。

いずれも趣向を凝らした品々で、とても上質。
特別な日にこそいただきたくなるような、こだわりを感じるコース内容でした。
ご飯は、余ったらおにぎりにしてお持ち帰りできます。
炊き込みご飯で作ったおにぎり、実に美味しかったです。
