福井駅の改札を出てすぐ右手に見えてくる、大人気のお蕎麦屋さん。電車が到着する時間には行列ができていることもありますが、回転が凄まじく早いので待ち時間が苦になりません。

◾天玉うどん
関西風の透き通るあっさりとした出汁に、スルッと食べやすい細うどんと、出汁をしっかりと吸った分厚いかき揚げ、生卵が組み合わさった一杯。
かき揚げのトロトロ、サクサクとした食感と、いくらでも飲めそうな優しい味わいの出汁が素晴らしく、朝からでも食べやすいうどんでした！
