桜の街路樹がある広い通りに面したお店です。通りは交通量がありますが、店内はとても静かです。広いカウンターで北陸の味を楽しむことができました。
内容は伝統的な日本料理です。目に美しくて、食べると素材の美味しさがストレートに伝わってきました。
食器は志野、唐津など。桃山時代の落ち着いた絵柄のものが多い印象です。
お酒もそろってます。私はビールだけでしたが、隣席のお客さんは越前大野など地元の凝った日本酒があると喜んでいました。
サービスも伝統的なスタイルです。派手なパフォーマンスはなくて控えめ。好感が持てます。
ベーシックなコースを頂きましたが、私には十分満足な内容でした。
居心地がいい、いわゆる本物のお店です。
