福井の所用、中日。
西武グルメフロアにある焼肉割烹へ。
お取引先さんがあらかじめ
予約してくれていたのでコースで頂きました。
早く着いたので、
先に麦ジュースを飲もうとオーダー、
なんとコースをとってくれておりました。
歩いてクタクタだったので
別会計で一杯お願いしましたが
サービスしてくれました。感謝感激。
3名揃い、麦ジュースを密かに飲んだけど
サービスしてくれた旨を伝えて
改めてお礼しました。
コースはどれも一級品。
昆布締めの厚切り牛タンは、
アッサリめでも奥深くに昆布が漂う風味抜群。
〆の冷麺もスダチが効いた
何杯でもいける冷麺。
食道の油を綺麗にスッキリ流してくれる
あと味の良さよ。
大満足で、次の店に突撃でしました。
