塩〆熟成ラム肩ロース＋野菜盛り、揚げニンニク、羊の皮をかぶったポテトサラダ、をオーダーしました。
ロボットが、ジンジンジンギスカンと、音楽かけながら運んできます。
ラム肩ロースは、柔らかく肉厚で、甘いです。
プラスのやさいは、玉葱、ピーマンです。
揚げニンニクは、ホクホク食感ですが、皮つきで、ちょと食べづらいかな。
ポテトサラダは、ツノは、シュー生地でできていました。
火は、炭火で、火が弱いこと伝えると、炭火たしてくれました。

薄いお肉なので、早く焼けていいです。
