福井ではなかなかない味噌ラーメン（自分が食べないだけでいっぱいあるのかもしれない）のお店。専門店ということで初めて行ってきた。北海道と九州の味噌が選べ、山形の味噌も期間限定であり、それぞれ野菜、ネギ、坦々麺などがあるので、選ぶ楽しみもある。今回は北海道味噌のネギラーメンと辛味噌ラーメンを食べてみた。普段食べないので、久しぶりの濃厚な味噌ラーメン満喫。味噌が食べたくなったらまた来ます。
