永平寺口からタクシーで数分のところにある石田屋酒造が運営する建物。
そこに入っているレストラン。
休日のランチ時間ぎりぎりで行きました。
ランチセットにしました。
阿難祖コシヒカリ。
土鍋で炊かれていて美味しすぎるご飯。
土鍋から茶碗によそうのも止められない止まらない。
ベビーリーフのサラダ 白板昆布のドレッシング。
見た目も華やかなリーフのサラダ。
固めの油揚げもインパクトあります。
ドレッシングは思ったほどの特徴はないけど普通においしい。
お盆は、鮮魚 蕪 春菊の吸い物、黒龍吟醸豚 赤ワインビネガーの角煮、伊自良卵の五目焼き、季節のお漬物。
ご飯に合わせるなら角煮がやはり相性が良い。
お酒には鮮魚の吸い物が良いですね。
さて、そのお酒ですが、石田屋だけあって仁左衛門がありました。
決して安くはないんだけど、そもそも東京でお目にかかることもないので、頼みました。
レア感からすると唯一無二みたいなところまではかないですが、旨味がしっかりしていて美味しい。
目の前に広がる雪山と、その前を流れる川。
雄大な景色を見ながらの料理とお酒が最高でした。
