I ordered the homemade roast beef bowl from the lunch menu of Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Hormone Hinata, which opened in Bunkyo, Fukui City. Includes rasada, pickles, miso soup, and a large serving of rice for free. We also had grilled cheese curry with plenty of beef, Wagyu beef sirloin topped with grilled shabu sea urchin, and Yakiniku (Grilled meat) lunch (reservation required). The roast beef bowl is thicker than other restaurants. I wish there was a little more sauce on it. The sliced onions were also raw, so I think the exposed sliced onions would be better. It wasn't pickles, it was namul made from komatsuna.
