久しぶりに福井です
案外、近いようで遠い福井です♪
で今回は盛安さん、メチャ簡単に場所の説明すれば観光地、東尋坊
の近く！三国駅からも近い♪
築80年のお店の外観は重みがあり歴史があり雰囲気もバッチリ♪
店内も昔ながらのお蕎麦屋さんって感じで好きですねこういうの♪
メニューもかなり豊富でラーメンから饂飩 お蕎麦、その他 諸々・・・・
今回、僕が選んだのは見た目重視でお蕎麦を油で揚げ、その上に具沢山の
餡かけをたっぷり乗せた、すごもり@1100です
なんか、食べるメニューを写真写りまで考えて注文するのは、すっかり食べログ病・・
その注文した、すごもりは以外と早く目の前に登場。10分も待たなかった・・・
見た目はやっぱりインパクト大ですカラッと揚がったお蕎麦の麺に美味しそうな餡かけ♪
よくよく考えると皿饂飩のような皿蕎麦 笑
ですが麺は口に運ぶとお蕎麦の風味が広がります
餡かけの具材は具沢山ですがソレほど特徴は無いのですが
餡が自体美味しいので麺との相性はいい感じ
美味しいです
ただ次回は普通にシンプルなお蕎麦もいいかも♪
