急遽、福井での仕事をお願いされ福井県へ訪問。急なお願いに対応した特権なのか福井での自由時間が多めなので少し足を延ばして三国方面へ。
ここのそばが美味しいという職場の上司からの一言で【盛安】さんへ。
開店と同時に入店ができた。先客はないが直ぐにあとからお客様が来店。
さすが人気店。平日の昼間というのに開店と同時に２テーブル埋まるとは。
福井に来たらこれを食え。ということで、迷うことなく【おろしそば】(¥630-)を注文。
5分ほどでそばが到着。
小さい。小さすぎる。知らなかった。
どうやらこれが福井のおろしそば文化らしい。
このサイズならぺろりと食べることができそうだ。
そばは、そば処だけあり歯ごたえがしっかりある麺。
大根の絞り汁からとったダシは、とても辛く大根おろしの良さが十分ににじみ出ている。
この量であれば、もう1杯食べれそうだ。
別のお店で挑戦してみるか。
2杯目のおろしそば探しの旅に出ることにした。
