丸岡城の休憩所内のお土産とお食事処 |
坂井市と言えば、そばの産地として知られる丸岡があります。
最近年と共に少食になっていて、１軒のお店でフルサイズのそばを１杯食べただけで満腹になってしまいますが、福井県のおろしそばは１皿あたりのボリュームが少なめ。この私でも２軒ハシゴしても大丈夫なボリュームなのです。
お店の前では石臼が回っていました。
店内に入ると、お土産売り場と同居というか一緒になっています。席数が多く観光シーズンにも対応可能なスペースですね。
私は開店時間の10:30少し前に入ったので１番乗り。
メニューは意外に種類が多いです。そば以外にも色々ありました。
まず食券を買い求めて、カウンターに出すと呼び出しブザーが渡され、出来たら取りに行きます。返却もそうでセルフ方式でした。
丸岡産そば粉で打った二八そばで「挽きたて・打ち立て・茹でたて」をウリにしています。観光施設にあるそば店では珍しいかも？
私が頼んだのはもちろん「おろしそば(690円)」。
注文が入ってから茹で始めるので少し時間がかかりました。出てきたのがこちら。
２皿に分けて盛られていました。１皿は３～４口ほどのボリューム。分けている理由は？です。
大根おろしはそれほど辛くなかったです。でも、そばおいしかったですよ。
ちなみに、そば湯はお願いしないと出てきません。私はオーダーをしたときにお願いしてあったので一緒に出されました。
こちらの観光施設はどうも建て替えられるようで、建物の裏に新しい施設が建設にかかっていました。新しくなってもそば店が入るのかはわかりませんが。人気なので継続して欲しいですね。ご馳走様でした。
