三国温泉 |
写真は約２年半前の物ですが、毎年恒例行事で伺っているおおとくさんです。
福井と言えば越前ガニ。地元の方の紹介でおおとくさんを教えて頂き、それ以来通ってます。
かにってこんなに美味しいなんて知りませんでした。
どうしてみな口を揃えてカニカニ叫ぶのか。。。関東出身の私はかにと言えば
チェーン店でしかもいつから水槽で泳いでいるのか分からないようなカニしか
食したことがありませんでした。

刺身のぬったりとして甘く溶けるような食感。。。これはすごい。
ゆではカニ味噌ぎっしり、これでもかというほどに足にもびっちりと身がある。
そして適度な塩加減。こんな茹でガニは今まで食べたことがありません。
カニを食べると無口になる。。。そうなんです。無心で食べるカニなんてかつて
経験したことなかったのです。
またゆっくり伺いたいです。
だいたい１泊して伺ってますので、翌日の仕事を気にせず金曜の夜がおすすめです。
ただし予約でいっぱいになることが多いので、早めに連絡することをおすすめします。
また行きたい。。。
セイコガニのカニ飯も食べたい。。。じゅる♪
