開店後30分ほど、11:30でほぼ満席です。
まわりのお客さまは、ほぼ定食
自分はチャーシュー麺。
着丼した見た目は、まさに食堂のラーメン。
チャーシューは肉肉しく
焼肉屋さんのお豚って感じで
それなりに弾力もあり美味しかったです。
だらしない麺と優しいあっさりスープ。
これぞ食堂のラーメン。
