ここからほんの５分ほどの東尋坊で越前蟹を満喫した後のデザート店として、福井のアクティブレビューアー・TKさんがご案内なさって下さった素晴らしい珈琲店です。
坂井市三国町運動公園の真ん前に位置し、スタイリッシュな建物で前面が総ガラス張りなのでとても明るく、更に吹き抜けの高い天井のおかげで居心地最高のホールです。2013年にオープンされたそうです。
壁には煉瓦をあしらい、天井には木組みをデザインしたおしゃれなインテリア。
珈琲はオーナーの拘りが随所に感じられる希少な珈琲豆も揃って居ます。入り口横に最新型のピカピカの焙煎機が鎮座して居ます。
こちらに伺ったら食べたかったのが固いプリン、迷わずこれを選択。珈琲は爽やかな苦味で好きなエチオピアにしました。

□エチオピア イルガチェフチェルベサ ナチュラル 700
どちらも大ヒット！プリンはトラッドな固いプリンで、甘さも絶妙。これなら幾つでも食べられそう。
なかなか頻繁には行けない場所ですが、またいつか訪れたいと思います。
