12:30過ぎに到着。待ちは店内３人。５分程で着席。汁系のラーメンが食べたかったのだが、暑さに負けて、まぜそば大盛900円を注文。程なくご対麺。半熟卵、メンマ、海苔、コロコロチャーシューに水菜とフライドオニオンがトッピングされている。麺は極太でもちもち。混ぜるのがもったいないほど綺麗に盛られているが、急いで混ぜてひと口。うまい。チャーシューは見た目より柔らかく、炙られて香ばしい香りが口の中に広がる。油っぽさを水菜が中和してくれてどんどん進む。半分ほど食べてから酢を加えて味変。あっさりして飽きかけた感覚がリセットされる。さらに、ラー油をかけると少々の辛味が加わり、ねっとりとした油っぽさが復活。一杯のまぜそばで三度美味しさを味わうことができました。ご馳走様でした！次回は少々暑くても汁系のラーメンを試してみようと思います。
