平日の丁度お昼時でしたが店内で数組待ちでした。OPENしたてということもあってか結構人気みたいですね。
オーダー方法がスマホでの注文となります。
居酒屋だとちょいちょい見かけますが、ラーメン屋では初めて見ました。
確かに居酒屋だと何回も注文するから面倒くさいなーと思ってましたが、ラーメン屋なら大概最初しか注文しないのでこれでもまあいいですね。
ヒネ炙りSOBAの特製を選択。
炙ったヒネは意外と主張激しくなくしっかりとラーメンのトッピングと化しています。
結構しっかりとまとまった味のラーメンでした。
白湯もあるのでそちらも気になるところです。
