休日のお昼！
予定外の同僚との永平寺観光を終えた後に、昼食をいただきにお伺いしました。
永平寺は1時間くらいいたのですが、見応えありますね。
「禅」の雰囲気をたっぷりと味わいました！
まぁそんなこんなで、お腹も空いていたことから
注文したのは、
越前そば三昧(1350円、税込)。
季節の炊き込みご飯
胡麻豆腐(禅味噌付き）
天ぷら
大根おろし
とろろ汁
香の物
そば(3段)
が付いてきます。
胡麻豆腐は、禅味噌をつけて食べるとおいしいですね。胡麻のしつこさはなく、味噌の美味しさが引き立ってましたね。
天ぷらは熱々で美味しかったです。
観光地でありがちな間の抜けた食事(失礼)なんてことは全くなく、アツアツがうれしいですね。
そば(3段)は、それぞれの段ごとに味わいました。
まず、そのまま蕎麦の味を楽しむ！
その後は塩をつけて味わいます。
2段目は、大根おろしをかけて頂きます。あまり、おろしの辛味は感じなかったですが、おいしいですね。
3段目は、とろろ汁をつけていただきました。
とろろもやっぱりおいしいですね。
ここで食事した方は駐車場(300円).が無料になりますので、駐車場を節約したい方にはいいですね。
