回顧録です。
以前福井県を営業していた際、個人的に越前町がダイスキでした。（ＮＯ１は大野市なんですけど）
織田信長ゆかりの地らしく、銅像とか建っちゃったりしています。
そんな越前町なのですが織田（おた）豆腐というものが有名なんです。
その特産物が食べられる道の駅？的なスポットです。
とうふずくし。
豆腐ハンバーグに、揚げ出し豆腐、冷奴。
どんなけイソフラボンとるんだい？ってくらい 笑
特に好きだったのが豆腐アイス。
優しい味わいで好きでした。小さな町こそ好きになってしまうんですよね～。
