入店するときに靴を脱ぐ全て座席のこちらで
かつ丼セット￥980(2012/7)を
こちらでは単品のかつ丼メニューが無い様なので蕎麦(温かいのと冷たいの)とのセットで
かつ丼と蕎麦のほか味噌汁・たくわん・掛けそば用のてんかすそれと突き出し風の一皿が付いてます
カツは薄いけど大きいのが2枚その下には刻み海苔、見た目が丼じゃなく四角いので和風っぽい
ソースは色も濃くなく味はちょっと酸味が利いてます、ちょっと甘みもありますが甘酸っぱいというほどではありません。割とあっさりしてます
この酸味と甘みのバランスが絶妙でこのソースだけご飯にかけてもおかずになるのでは？
と思ってたら追加用のソースが最初からお盆の中に用意されてるのでした
カツはちょっと薄いような気もしますがその方がこのソースには合っているのでしょうか
けっこう気に入りました
蕎麦も、しこしこしてて美味しいとは思いますが
リーズナブルな単品メニューもあってほしいと思ったのでした
