織田信長像のすぐそばにたたずむ「レスティ いなだや」さん。
表から伺い見るより結構広いお店なんです。
メニューもなかなか幅広く、生真面目に作られている感じが好印象ですね。
「ソースかつ丼」 ￥800 を「ミニ中華セット」 ＋￥420 でいただきました。
ソースかつ丼 はしっとり系の風合い。
やや小ぶりな丼ですが、たたかれた柔らかい豚肉が３枚載ります。
サックリ感も残していて、なかなか絶妙です。
優しい甘さのソースがほどよく浸みこみ、添えられたキャベツもソース味で楽しめます。
セットにした中華そばは、やさしい醤油味。
麺はミニの量ですが、具材はしっかりフルサイズで載ってきます。
ほどよくレトロな雰囲気のなかで、のんびり過ごせていいんですよね。
