先日は福井県を旅してきまして、鯖江で宿泊しました。
西山公園にレッサーパンダを見に行った後、道の駅のフードコートで朝のオヤツに「水ようかんバーガー」を頂くことにしました。
パンズは注文の都度調理してくれているようで、外側はパリっと焼き上がっていて内側は非常に柔らかくしっとり食感です。
具材は、甘さ控えめでプルプルの水ようかんと、硬度高めで甘さ控えめながらこってりホイップクリーム。そして、具材とパンズの間に挟まれたきな粉
この僅かに塩味を利かせたきな粉が、水ようかんとホイップクリームの甘さを別方向に引きたたせる絶妙のアクセントになっています。
とりあえず何にでも水ようかん入れちゃいました的な、話題作り目的のイロモノメニューかと思いきや何の何の。非常に美味しく頂くことが出来ました。
