2023年蕎麦巡り79店舗目
福井遠征の際に利用しました。
場所は、北陸道武生インターから車で10分弱ほど。店舗近隣に専用駐車場がありました。
店舗外観は、民家のような雰囲気で、店内はテーブル席一つとお座敷がありましたが、店内は広くないので、基本相席スタイルになるようです。
メニューは、越前そばとせいろ蕎麦、地酒とビールがありました。
オーダーしたのは
・スペシャルせいろ蕎麦
・越前おろしそば
越前おろしそばは、太めで、歯ごたえが強めでした。
辛味大根の辛さがかなり強く、辛いのが苦手な方はせいろの方が良いかと思います。
スペシャルせいろ蕎麦は、細打ち。丸抜きの蕎麦を使用しているようです。薬味にネギ、わさび、刻み柚子、粒ウニが添えられておりました。
お会計の際に、厨房の蕎麦茹で釜が見えましたが、釜戸になっており、かっこよかったです。
蕎麦店の多い越前エリア。名物の越前そばは店舗毎に個性があります。
