「どこでもボルガライス」を頂きました。
福井県越前市武生地区にある、謎のグルメの
オムライスの上にカツが重なり濃厚ソースの掛かったものが、
「ボルガライス」
それを、押し寿司にした「どこでもボルガライス」。
米は、福井産コシヒカリ米を使用。
とんかつの下のソースかライスの味付けに、
赤ワインなどが入り、味付けは、かなりおいしい。
押し寿司なので、本当のボルガライスよりも、
オムライス部分がしっかりしている。
私的には、ごはん部分は、もう少し、ふんわりしていてもよいかと思います。
玉子も、もう少し厚みがあるとよいですね。
どこでも、お手軽に食べれるとうこで、このことは、しかたがないのかもしれません。
越前名物「ボルガライス」を広めるには、この手もありでしょう。
