この日は北陸観光最終日。
名古屋へ戻る途中で購入しました。
地元で愛される和食店の押しずしのようです。
何種類かありましたが、【煮さば寿司】を購入です。
たいてい、こういったのは焼き鯖が多いですよね。
珍しいとつい、変わったものを買ってしまいます。
さて、食べてみると想像とはちょっと違った感じ。
焼きとも酢締めとも違う、なんとも言えない柔らかさ。
下の固めの米にいまいち合っていません。
多分、少し炙るともっと美味しいだろうなと思ってしまいました。
焼き鯖寿司が定番の理由、よくわかりました。
