I went to the Japanese Auberge ``Manya'' with my mother to eat Echizen crab. There was one other group besides us, but we enjoyed each dish in a very quiet space. The Echizen crab is made from high-quality ingredients, so it's no surprise that it's delicious, but the dishes are also carefully crafted to give you an even greater sense of quality.
