名鉄の催事で出店してると
情報を聞いて
嫁に買いに行ってもらいました。
嫁が店主さん❓に
師匠の名前を出したら、どうも
師匠のインスタで覚えていてくれたみたい。
師匠から
知り合いが来たら、目一杯の笑顔で迎えるように
言われてますと
100万ドルの笑顔で迎えてくれたそうです。
遠い地の友人の繋がりで
素晴らしい出会いがあるって
素敵ですね。
さて、肝心の蕎麦は

出汁は、こちらのオリジナルらしいですね。
この出汁が
サッパリして美味しいんです。
良い塩加減で、出汁の旨味が凄い
蕎麦もコシが強く
蕎麦の風味も豊かで、久しぶりに
