普段から行っているところなので上げていないのを忘れてました。
山葵を入れた塩蕎麦はお気に入りです。
最初に小さめの湯飲みにお茶ではなく、蕎麦湯を出してくれます。
一皿の量は少なめなので二皿頼まれる用が良いかもしれません。
県外の友人の何人かはこのお蕎麦を食べることだけ考えて遊びにくるかたがいるくらいです。
お蕎麦の発送もできるようですが、友人たちはここで食べたいそうです。
県内でも塩ダシのお蕎麦は珍しく、県外ではあまり聞きません。
お蕎麦の食べ歩きされている方は話のネタによってもいいかもしれませんね。
