本日は初訪問となる池田町へ^_^。
うーん、自然の雄大さを感じさせる何ともいえない町にウットリです♪
せっかくなので池田町でいただくことに。同僚のリクエストもあり、コチラのお店へ。
何か定食でもとも思ったのですが、基本そばだけで勝負のお店のようです。店内を見ると芸能人のサインなんかも飾られているので結構な人気店のようですねー。
ということで、
●おろしそば 塩だし 700円
を大盛(＋200円)で注文。
塩だしというのは福井でも珍しい、というかここだけ？
シンプルだが誤魔化しが効かない。5年の歳月をかけ、吟味した塩をブレンド。自家栽培の大根やネギ、自生の沢山葵と素材にもかなりのこだわりがあるようです♫
しばらく待ってメニューが到着。
出汁はそのまま蕎麦にかけられて出てきます^_^。
麺は太目のごわっとした食感。お店こだわりの塩だしは、少し甘みもあるようなそれでいてシンプルなだし。
これが程よいマッチングで合うんだなぁコレが^_^
大根のおろしも辛めなのでうま〜い。
塩だしではあったので最後まで飲めるかなぁなんて思ったのですが全然問題なく飲み干しました。
こういった空気・水が美味しいところならではの素材の味を大事にされるお店でした(=^ェ^=)
