2023年3月中旬…
北陸地方をドライブ♪
石川県、富山県、福井県、
北陸三県を一泊ずつしました。
一昨年、福井県は旅したのですが、
石川県と富山県を旅するのは久しぶり。
バスツアー以外の旅となると…
ざっと30年ぶりの訪問になります。
なので、気分は初訪問！
さすがに言い過ぎっしょ？ｗ
が、新しい出会いに期待しつつ、
まだ見ぬ絶景を求めて車を走らせた。
その最終日、“北鯖江PA”に立ち寄りました。
ココ、本当にパーキングエリアなのでしょうか？
下手なサービスエリアより充実した内容にビックリ！
さほど広くない売り場ですが、おみやげの品揃えが豊富！
せっかくなので、お土産をいろいろ購入しました。
中でもひと際目を惹いたのがご当地グルメ“越前そば”♪
しかも様々な製造者のものを取り揃えていて、
これまたせっかくなので、食べ比べしてみる事に！
そのうちのひとつが『一福』の越前そば。
この『一福』は、今立郡池田町にあるそば処。
おろしそばの聖地・福井で、
一番美味しい蕎麦をつくりたい。
上記は『一福』の謳い文句で、続きが↓
その一念でたどり着いただしこそ｢塩だし｣。
ほぉ～、塩だしとは、なかなか珍しいんじゃない？
能登をはじめ、複数の藻塩をブレンドしているとの事。
発売当時は「けったいなだし」と揶揄されたそうですが、
今では全国の蕎麦通から支持されるようになったという逸品。
こりゃ、蕎麦好きとしては期待せずにはいられない。
で、茹でてみたところ、かなり太い蕎麦で噛み応え十分！
乱切りっぽい切り方も田舎風でイイ感じです。
併せて、塩だしとの相性も抜群で、ペロっと完食！
武骨ながら繊細だという風に感じました。
蕎麦好きであれば一度は食べておきたい一品。
